It's a pretty steep street and riding a bike is not allowed here. Most people going uphill push their bikes, those going downhill, however, often ride. They usually get away with it, but today there were 3 policemen waiting for the careless bikers down the street. Two bike couriers were stopped and had to pay a fine right as I was passing by.
